Ok so here's the story. I ordered and payed for my alts and bracket from Rob at DC Power on Feb 29 2009 . I have talked to Rob personally several times. I always get excuses its not his fault it is his suppliers. I have asked for my money back only to get a call from Rob telling me he has everything done just need to finish a few details that was 8 months ago. I'm tired of waiting and I think before anyone buys a product or service they are entitled to the whole story.I will post a pic of the receipt where I payed for it along with the link to the hopefully ongoing resolution as Rob chimed in and acknowledged there's a problem. I got one of their 270XP alternators. I love it. It took a couple weeks to get it but I feel that they are worth it. |
